Digital Marketing, Google Ads & MarTech Advisor

Campaigns, data, website and technology. I fix what is blocking your growth.

I directly manage Google Ads, tracking, analytics, landing pages and automation. When the issue spans several functions, I coordinate internal teams, developers and external partners.

The problem

The problem is not always inside Google Ads.

An account may be well structured and still produce weak margins. The bidding signal may be wrong, the landing page may lose demand, the CRM may not return lead quality or the booking engine may block the sale. I review the full path, not only the campaigns.

  1. Advertising costs growing faster than revenue.
  2. Incomplete or unreliable conversion data.
  3. Landing pages that lose qualified demand.
  4. Agencies and teams working in separate silos.
  5. Automation, CRM and platforms that are not coordinated.
  6. No clear priority between quick wins and structural work.

Method

First I reconstruct how the business makes margin. Then I decide what to change.

I start from products, customers, the sales process, costs and available data. I separate immediate corrections from measurement issues and from work that requires development or coordination with other teams.

  1. 01

    Understand

How the company makes money, where it creates margin, how customers buy and what management and teams see as the main constraints.

  2. 02

    Measure

Final KPIs and useful intermediate signals, tracking validation, dashboards and analysis that expose what drives performance.

  3. 03

    Diagnose

Campaigns, website, CRM, offer, creative, customer journey and internal processes connected. An issue visible in Google Ads may originate elsewhere.

  4. 04

    Prioritise

Obvious waste, configuration issues, incomplete tracking and misallocated budget first, alongside the medium-term work that creates a larger advantage.

  5. 05

    Execute

I directly manage Google Ads, analytics, tracking and many MarTech activities, coordinating other specialists where required.

  6. 06

    Optimise

Regular calls, dashboards, reports and direct communication keep priorities and execution aligned with the business.

Expertise

I manage Google Ads directly. To manage it well, I also work on data, landing pages and processes.

  • Google Ads and paid media

Account structure, queries, budgets, bidding, feeds, Performance Max and experiments. Decisions start from margin and conversion quality.

  • Analytics and measurement

GA4, Tag Manager, data layer, online and offline conversions, dashboards and data quality control.

  • CRO, UX and websites

Landing pages, customer journey, A/B testing, e-commerce and booking engines.

  • MarTech and automation

CRM, Zapier, n8n, cloud services and AI agents that reduce manual work and improve signals.

  • Strategy and fractional CMO

Priorities, KPIs, budgets, ownership, mid and top funnel, coordination of teams and suppliers.

  • Operational coordination

Developers, designers, content, media, operations, revenue and internal teams.

Industries

The same metrics do not apply to every industry.

A hotel must connect demand, availability and the booking engine. A tour operator must read data by product, date and capacity. An education provider must follow the lead through to enrolment. The industry pages explain those problems instead of reducing them to a list of services.

Experience

Working in digital marketing since 2005, without leaving the operational work.

I led a team of approximately 20 people, worked on projects for major brands and have been an independent consultant since 2011. Since 2020 I have been CMO of The Bright Hotel, supporting the marketing of ten hotels in the United States alongside MarTech projects for hospitality.

Throughout my career I have worked on projects for national and international companies and brands, with different roles and scopes.

Principles

I do not promise results before seeing the data, margins and processes.

I do not apply the same formula to every company. I first verify what is measured, how revenue is generated, which constraints exist and who must execute the work. If I do not see a useful role for me, I say so.

Recommendations

Recommendations remain on LinkedIn, with the name and profile of the person who wrote them.

I prefer not to reproduce them on the website. The link opens recommendations published directly by clients and colleagues.
