Cookie Policy

This page explains which cookies and similar technologies may be used on this website, for which purposes, and how you can change your choices at any time.

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on a visitor’s device. They make pages work, remember certain preferences and, in some cases, collect statistical or advertising information. Similar technologies such as browser local storage and measurement pixels are used alongside cookies and follow the same rules.

The data controller is PSW SAS — VAT 12366081003. The processing of data collected through these tools is also described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Categories used

CategoryWhat it does
Strictly necessary cookiesEnable navigation, connection security, correct submission of the contact form and storage of your cookie choices. They require no consent because the site cannot work without them.
Measurement cookiesCollect aggregated information on pages visited, traffic sources and interactions, to understand which content is useful. They are activated only after consent.
Advertising and remarketing cookiesAllow campaign results to be measured and a visit to be connected to the campaign that generated it. They are activated only after consent.

Until you make a choice, only strictly necessary cookies are used. No measurement or advertising tool is loaded before consent.

3. Third-party tools

Where consent is given, the website may use tools provided by Google for measurement and campaign management, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. These tools set their own cookies and may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.

Information on how Google uses data from sites that use its services is published at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Some pages may include links to external services such as LinkedIn or WhatsApp. If you choose to open them, the notices of those providers apply.

4. Duration

  • Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed.
  • Your cookie preference is stored for as long as needed to avoid asking again on every visit, and in any case for no more than twelve months.
  • Measurement and advertising cookies have durations defined by their providers, available in the notices referenced in the previous section.

5. How to change your choices

You can change your mind at any time through the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Alternatively you can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings. The procedure differs between browsers and is described in their documentation: disabling strictly necessary cookies may however break parts of the site.

6. Rights and contact

For data collected through cookies you can exercise the same rights described in the Privacy Policy, including withdrawal of consent, by writing to fabio.deleonardis@bigup.marketing.

This notice may be updated when the tools in use change: the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
